W58-shifter-bushing, shifter retainer bushings for mk4 supra w58 transmission. this bushing is goes in the aluminum shift lever retainer where it bolts to the transmission housing. these bushings commonly wear out and cause poor shifter feel and less accurate shifting. sold in an upper pair (2pc), lower pair (2pc), or a full set of upper and lower (all 4 bushings).. W58 shifter bushing kit for those who don't know. this guy has a huge following for his bushing kit and seems nothing but positive feed back. apparently it works with the r154 as well., the cube speed short shifter is the best improvement you can make to your supra gearbox! shifter throw is reduced by around 50%, which equals quicker shifts..
I have the mookeeh shifter for the 154, not sure if theres a w58. i heard some bad things but bought it anywayz, it is so incredible, i've had it a year and it looks and works as good as day 1. it's shorter with a short throw, much more comfortable to drive, took a week to get used to such close shifts, but i highly suggest getting it
